Even when i just open the player itself it takes a couple of seconds to load. When i open a video the player goes black for a couple of seconds and then the video is played. Also when i exit the player the sound is still playing for a second or two. videos are played instantly and also dont have the issue when closing the player. So im sure its not because of hardware limitatation. I was gonna get rid of mpc replacing it with VLC placer but this player seems to have some problems when playing mkv files. Id also like to know if theres a way to configure vlc to be able to play mkv correctly. the problem with this player is when seeking using the bar time.

There is currently no better splitter for mp4|mov, flv, mpeg-ts, which is what we enable it for. Yes, I reset settings, now EVR is not in the filters list but still have slowness with MPC If you still are unsure, if it does the same with a Matroska file it is not using LAV Splitter, but Haali's, which should pretty much tell you that the splitter is unrelated.
Yes, towards loading itself it doesn't matter, but it seems like it takes time for him to get to full screen mode etc.
